What happens if it rains on the day of my window cleaning?
We monitor the weather closely. Light rain doesn't affect the cleaning process, but for heavy storms or high winds, we will reschedule you for the next available slot at no extra charge.
Are your cleaning solutions safe for pets and plants?
Absolutely. We use eco-friendly, biodegradable soaps for windows and pressure washing that are tough on grime but safe for your landscaping and furry friends.
Do you offer recurring lawn care packages?
Yes! We offer weekly and bi-weekly mowing schedules. Customers on a recurring plan also get a discount on spring and fall cleanups.
How do you calculate your prices?
For windows, we count the panes and factor in accessibility (ladders vs. ground level). For lawns, we quote based on square footage. We can usually give a rough estimate over the phone using satellite imagery.
